GRAIL27 Shipping & Delivery Policy

At GRAIL27, every order is carefully packed to protect your collectible during transit. We currently deliver across the UAE using trusted courier partners.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders placed before 4PM, Monday to Saturday, are usually processed the same day.

Standard UAE delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location.

Orders placed after 4PM, on Sunday, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Remote areas may take additional time.

2. Dubai Express Delivery

For selected Dubai locations, we may offer express delivery options such as same-day, 4-hour, or 2-hour delivery, subject to courier availability.

Express delivery charges will be confirmed before dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges

Free UAE delivery is available on orders above AED 150.

For orders below AED 150, standard delivery is AED 15.

Heavy or bulk orders may require additional shipping charges. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.

4. Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct.

GRAIL27 is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may attempt delivery more than once if you are unavailable.

If the courier is unable to reach you or deliver the package after multiple attempts, re-delivery or return charges may apply.

6. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details with you.

Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, remote locations, or courier delays.

7. Cancellations After Dispatch

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

If an order is refused at delivery, shipping and return charges may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.
